Needs Analysis Survey
A survey was circulated to industry and sector experts and there were over 100 respondents. The information has been collated into an informative needs analysis report. A staggering two thirds of industry stakeholders have identified a skills shortage; and that they were unable to find skilled personnel. This needs analysis spanned the 5 partner regions: UK, Ireland, Germany, Greece and Norway; showing that this is a transnational issue.
